Merit-Based Scholarships

Eligibility Criteria

  • Top 3 rank holders in university examinations
  • Minimum 85% aggregate marks in previous qualifying examination
  • Good conduct record
  • Regular attendance (minimum 90%)

Benefits

  • 50% tuition fee waiver for next academic year
  • Certificate of Merit
  • Priority for college nominations to external scholarships

Application Process

Automatic consideration based on academic performance. No separate application required.

Need-Based Scholarships

Eligibility Criteria

  • Family income below ₹2.5 lakhs per annum
  • Minimum 60% marks in previous qualifying examination
  • Good conduct record
  • Regular attendance (minimum 75%)

Benefits

  • 25-75% tuition fee waiver based on need assessment
  • Book bank facility
  • Hostel fee concession (for hostel residents)

Application Process

  1. Submit application form available at office
  2. Attach income certificate and other supporting documents
  3. Appear for interview (if called)
  4. Scholarship committee will review and decide

Government & External Scholarships

Nursing Board Scholarship GNM/ANM students with >75% marks ₹15,000 one-time award January
Private Trust Scholarships Varies by trust ₹5,000 - ₹50,000 Throughout the year

Important Notes

  • Students can avail only one scholarship at a time
  • Scholarship continuation depends on maintaining required academic standards
  • Any disciplinary action may lead to scholarship cancellation
  • Document verification is mandatory for all scholarships
  • False information will lead to immediate cancellation and penalty
